Our 7-day fair refund guarantee
We want you to feel completely confident trying our paid creator plans. If you subscribe to our Creator Pass (₹499) or Studio Pro (₹1,499) and find that our Indian music generation does not suit your project, we will refund your payment in full.
1. Eligibility Criteria
You are eligible for a 100% refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- You purchased a paid plan within the last 7 calendar days.
- You have generated fewer than 5 complete songs on your account.
- This is your first refund request on our platform.
2. How to Request a Refund
Simply send an email to support@aisonggenerator.in with:
- Your account registered email address
- The payment transaction ID or UPI reference number
- A brief one-line reason (e.g. “tempo did not fit my sangeet dance”)
3. Refund Processing Timelines
Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original source of payment:
- UPI & Netbanking: 2 to 4 business days directly to your linked bank account.
- Debit & Credit Cards: 4 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer bank.
